Delete your Hura account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Hura and go to More → Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account at the bottom, under Account Management.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and the data linked to it, including your profile, journal entries and dreams, moods, sleep, habits, journeys, test results, coach and companion conversations, what the coach remembers, and settings. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Hura account. To help us find the right account, send it from the email address linked to your account (if you signed in with Google), or include your profile name and roughly when you started using Hura. We reply by email, confirm the request, and delete the account and its data.

Good to know

• Deleting your account does not cancel a Hura Plus subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Purchase and invoice records that we must keep for tax, accounting and store refunds are kept without your name or a link to your profile.
• You can also download a copy of your data before deleting: More → Settings.
